New recipe for those that are looking for a gluten free meal!

Double8nine GF Lemon Chicken Salad to give you a taste of summer.

Ingredients:
-100% Chicken Breast sliced in two pieces 250g, with a pinch of salt and pepper
-GF Flour 20g
-Corn starch 10g
-Lemon juice 5g
-Pure water 20ml
-White sugar 20g
-Salt 1/2 tsp
-Vanilla flavour 1 tsp
- Lemon zest a pinch 5g
-Diced red onion 20g
-Diced cucumber 20g
-Diced tomato 20g
-Sliced carrot 10g
-Half an avocado or 20g
-Shredded red cabbage
-Sun flour seeds 10g

Method:
Slice chicken into two pieces, coat in gluten free batter and deep fry for four minutes. Place your chicken onto your diced vegetables. Put lemon zest on the top and enjoy your lunch or dinner!
