Chinese Dish of the Week

This week we’re introducing a traditional Beijing dish:
Stir-fried Pork in Peking Bean Sauce (京酱肉丝).

Tender shredded pork is stir-fried with a rich sweet soybean paste sauce, creating a savoury flavour with a hint of sweetness. It is traditionally served with fresh spring onions, and wrapped together in pancakes.

It’s a classic dish from northern China that perfectly balances rich sauce and fresh crunch.
