Sadly after 27 months of waiting (Normally an 8 to 12 week process) the courts have ruled against the re opening of the birdcage. The court decision is posted below if you are interested in reading it. Some 2 years after this application was lodged I posted an update on where we were at with the process. My post was deemed as threatening and harmful and was the main reason the license was declined. This may now impact the Royals license as I am now unsuitable to hold a liquor license according to the courts findings. Thank you to all that come and supported me in court and also supporting me over the last 2 years of waiting for this decision. The gentleman who gave me $50 cash at the bottle o to help contribute to the cause, people like you and the hundreds more who were hoping to see justice unfortunately have to concede and accept the behaviors of the agencies who ultimately won because I decided to speak my mind about them.
