Hello, everyone! 👋 We are excited to announce our participation in Plate of Origin Manawatu 2025 this year.

**Entry Dish: Fish Coconut**

Our dish features lightly battered Tarakihi fish fillets, generously coated in a rich coconut cream sauce. It includes a medley of fresh courgettes, mushrooms, and cauliflower, all garnished with thinly sliced spring onions. The dish is presented on a hot plate, served sizzling to enhance its aroma.

Voting is now open and will conclude on April 30th. We invite you to come and try the amazing flavours of our dish!

Hello, everyone! My name is Sarun, and I am the proud owner and head chef of Angkor Restaurant, which I have been operating since December 2021. It has been quite a journey filled with both challenges and joys. I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to all our loyal customers and everyone who has supported us along the way.

The local support we have received over the past three years has been incredible, and I sincerely appreciate it. As we enter our fourth year of operation, I will continue to strive to provide you with the best experience possible, and I hope you enjoy the Angkor experience. Watch this space more to come!
