As I pack everything up I found this from a young lady and her family we got to know well over the years. Maia even came with her brother Issac and made her ice cream creation.

It’s all over.
As I reflect on the last 13 years it is with a whirlwind of emotions. We have had all three of our daughters, nieces, friends, amazing staff and even the occasional grandchild helping / working in the shop. It’s had highs and lows. When my Dad passed away 9 years ago many customers lent a shoulder and dried the tears (thank you for that), I even had flowers given to me on my birthday by a customer. We have loved watching families grow up and return again after uni for their favourite treat. The decision to sell was a hard one as we really wanted to continue to serve the community, however, as our lives have changed over the years we were ready for a change to a slower pace (I hope)
We have not sold the equipment yet so if you know anyone keen to start an ice cream business message me through Koru ice. This page will stay open so when we do sell it we can direct you to where they set up.

Sorry everyone, this weather is definitely not good for us. We currently have no power so have to close our doors until it’s restored, hopefully not too long.

As this is our last week we won’t be replenishing our stocks, so if you have a favourite flavour you want one last fix of before we close permanently on Sunday don’t leave it till the last minute, we don’t want you leaving disappointed.

As we will no longer be selling and producing ice cream from July 4 we will be selling our entire range of machinery/equipment. We are wanting to sell everything together so are not looking at selling individual pieces. If you are serious please pm me for a list of equipment and the cost.

As we will not be making or selling ice cream after July 4 we will be selling all our machinery and utensils etc. we would prefer to sell as a bulk lot and are not looking to sell off individual pieces of equipment. WE’VE SOLD

We would like to thank all our lovely customers for their loyal patronage over the last 13 years. We’ve loved serving you and your families.

Because we will miss you as much as you’ll miss our ice creams, and hopefully us. Please understand that we don’t want to talk about our selling. As even though this is good for us, you have been a big part of our lives. Thank you for your support over the years!

We will be closing permanently and our last day of service will be July 4th, so if you’re looking for that last fix; come in and get it while stocks last!
