Eleven years is a long time to look back on, and landing here feeling the best you ever have says everything.

That mental and physical growth together is the real thing. One feeds the other, and staying in that mindset of always learning is what keeps it moving forward instead of just reaching a finish line.

Im really proud that From 40 to now is a whole different chapter, lessons included.

I have been testing my blood sugars while eating my food and great results! Thanks to my sister for giving me a monitor which I attached to my arm and got a steady reading all day on carnivore!! Im doing keto today so will keep you posted but so far all in the perfect range between 4 and 6 🥰
