Trying out recipes when I open the shop again: Cinnamon roll edition ✨

One biggest reason why I made these was because I really wanted some cinnamon rolls. BUT~~~~ I thought it was a good opportunity to test out new recipes! 💁🏻‍♀️.

I used tang zhou method which is often used in milk breads. It was definitely soft and fluffy, but was lacking in the crunch…

Our baker and I will be away for a little while so there is no melon pan from 04/10 - 31/10. 😢

Also a friendly reminder that the coffee shop itself will be closed from the 13/10 - 27/10.
So we will not be able to make the coffee shop drinks even though Yawara is open.
