WHAT TO DO with the PUMPKIN from THE BOX 🎃
First ROAST 1/2 the Pumpkin till nice and soft, then sautée onions, garlic, ginger and 1/2 tsp of curry powder. Add roast pumpkin (minus the skin) pour in 2 cups of coconut milk 2 cups of boiling water and simmer for 20 minutes.
Top with coriander and serve with your favourite toast 😋

WHAT'S IN THE BOX???
Tomorrow we launch our NEW FRUIT & VEGE BOX stall at the Waiheke Ostend Market 🤩
Every week we are buying the best market fresh N.Z produce and creating seasonal BOXES as well as selling produce by weight ⚖️
We aim to add LOCAL ORGANIC PRODUCE to our boxes and are open to trading with home growers in exchange for Juice or Produce.
Below are this week's posters of WHAT'S IN OUR BOXES this week.
Our box contents will change weekly and we hope to keep the box prices the same from week to week.
Our aim is to get Waiheke locals the best, freshest, produce at competitive prices so we can all afford to eat well this Winter!

Its our LAST DAY in ONEROA for the season! 🏝🌊🥲
We will miss our regular customers and local workers who come for healthy lunches!
Its been fun providing a funky colorful space and growing some veges on the main street 🍅🌱😅
We are glad we put pictures on our menu for the non English speaking tourists who have definitely provided a few good laughs trying to pronounce some of our juices 😂
We aren't going far tho!
Our trailer will be at the Waiheke Ostend Market EVERY WEEKEND and as we shift gears we are launching our NEW VEGE BOX BUSINESS from this Saturday at the market 🤩

I had another client show up yesterday and ask me how I could help their family member with a stage 4 cancer diagnosis, this time gallbladder.
Although I was able to offer a range of juices, teas and supplements that help with gallbladder and liver health and I have a range of detoxing and cleansing protocols on my website www.juicerevolution.nz my preference is that people visit me BEFORE they have a critical condition.
In my work as The Revolutionary Health Coach I am able to advise on diet, detox protocols, herbs and supplements to improve a huge range of health conditions BEFORE they become critical. I have had great results helping people with
- gallbladder and liver congestion
- digestive issues including leaky gut, IBS and chrohns disease
- skin conditions including psoriasis and excess
- chronic fatigue and long covid
- immune disorders including MCAS
- menopausal issues
My philosophy is to maintain a healthy wholefood diet, with regular detox protocols, and supplementation with herbs to support the internal systems.
