Allow me to introduce myself – I'm Kat. Originally from the tropical paradise of La Réunion and a proud graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Paris, my culinary journey has taken me through the flavors of the world. 🌎

With a strong love for plant-based cooking, I'm always learning. Right now, I'm studying nutrition and taking other cooking classes because the world of food has no limits. 🌸🌱

For over a year now, New Zealand has been my home, and I've fallen in love with its stunning landscapes and incredible kind people. 🇳🇿

When I'm not in the kitchen, I'm a sporty 💪, creative 🎨, slightly goofy soul 🤪, doing everything with loads of love. 💖
