Head Chef – Join Our Happy Café Team
We’re a small, friendly café team looking for a motivated, highly organised, and innovative Head Chef to take the lead in our kitchen.
As a well-supported franchise café, we offer the best of both worlds — a strong, established brand with clear systems, alongside the freedom to bring your own creativity to the table.
About the role:
Take full responsibility for kitchen operations, including cooking, preparation, and maintaining brand standards
Lead and inspire a small team, working closely with both BOH and FOH to create a great customer experience
Work with a set core menu from the brand, while also developing local favourites
Get creative and bring ideas for cabinet offerings, including savoury items and baked goods
What we’re looking for:
A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced café environment
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Passionate about food, presentation, and consistency
A team player who can motivate others and build a positive culture
