Seven Hills is looking for a hands-on **Marketing Specialist** to join our growing hospitality and coffee business.
This is not a role where you simply schedule social media posts. We’re looking for someone who can understand different customer groups, identify opportunities and turn marketing ideas into real business growth.
**What you’ll be working on:**
• Digital and social media marketing
• Content planning and campaign development
• Market research and customer insights
• Customer acquisition and retention
• Local business and community partnerships
• Corporate and B2B marketing opportunities
• Events, workshops and promotional activities
• Campaign performance tracking and reporting
Seven Hills serves a diverse and multicultural customer base, so we’re particularly interested in candidates who have strong **cross-cultural communication skills** and experience creating or adapting marketing content for different cultural or language-based audiences.
Experience with multicultural digital platforms and communities would be an advantage.
**We’d love to hear from you if you have:**
• A qualification in marketing, business, communications or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Practical marketing, business development or customer engagement experience
• Strong social media and content skills
• Confidence building relationships with customers, businesses and community organisations
• An analytical mindset — you can look at results and improve what you’re doing
• The ability to work independently and get things done in a fast-moving small-business environment
This is a hands-on role with the opportunity to help shape how Seven Hills grows across hospitality, coffee, corporate, community and multicultural markets.
