• ☕ Tasman Holiday Parks Miranda is now our permanent base!
• 📅 We are fully booked for events until March 2027, unless it's a weekday function. Two spots available November - Email us to discuss availability.

• 🧀 Breakfast platter boxes & charcuterie boxes are available for everyone, whether you're staying at the park or ordering externally.
• 📍 All platter orders must be collected from the trailer site at Tasman Holiday Parks Miranda.

• ✨ Matariki Specials are HERE!
• 📩 Locals are welcome to message the page for pre-orders. • 🚚 Pickup from the trailer at Tasman Holiday Parks Miranda.

🌿 School holidays have rolled around incredibly fast!

After much consideration and working alongside the bookings and guest numbers at Tasman Holiday Parks Miranda, these will be our extended holiday trading hours. As always, we're a small operation and appreciate everyone's continued support and understanding. 💙

✨ Matariki Weekend Special ✨
Friday 10th July | From 5pm

For one night only, we'll be switching things up with a few special dishes to celebrate Matariki. Alongside our usual favourites, we'll have:
🐟 Fresh raw fish punnets
🦪 Mussel fritters
🥣 Seafood chowder
🍴 And much more....plus a few non-seafood options for those who prefer something different.

❄️ Winter School Holidays at Kōtuku Collective ❄️

Our regular trading hours remain in place throughout July, but with the school holidays arriving, there may be extra trading days and extended hours popping up along the way. Keep an eye on our page for updates as we confirm availability.

Just a heads-up that we will be unavailable on 25th & 26th July due to existing bookings!

We're also working behind the scenes to bring on additional staff and trusted vendors to help expand our holiday hours and provide greater coverage for future bookings.

📍 Kōtuku Collective Update 📍

We're now well and truly settled into our permanent home at Tasman Holiday Parks Miranda! ☕🍔🌊

As a result, The Roaming Heron trailer will now be hitting the road only for external catering, weddings, private functions, community events, and larger bookings.

We have just ONE Calf Club Day and ONE Thames sports event remaining on our calendar. After that, we're officially fully booked for 2026! Unfortunately school spots were advertised as "fast or ya' last" 🙌☕️

A huge thank you to everyone who has supported us, booked us, recommended us, and followed our journey. What started as a dream on wheels has become something pretty special.

Whether you're staying at the park, passing through, or looking for a local treat, this summer is shaping up to be an absolute cracker! 🌊🍓

Wednesday you'll find us at the Mangatarata Cross Country event, serving up coffee, food, and all the goodies to keep competitors and supporters fuelled throughout the day! ☕🍟🏃‍♂️

A friendly reminder that we're operating from a generator, which means we can't run the coffee machine, hotplate, and deep fryer all at the same time. Please bare with us while we navigate the changeover between coffee service and food service throughout the day.

Your patience is always appreciated, and we'll do our best to keep things moving as smoothly as possible. 💛

⏰ We'll be there until the event finishes or until stocks run out.

Thursday, we won't be at the park during the day. We'll be back on site from Thursday evening service onwards.
