Launching today at Rice Bar & Food New Plymouth—three mouth-watering small plates, passionately crafted by chef Tony to welcome the warmer months.

🥢 Miang Prawn — crisp pani puri shells filled with prawn, salmon caviar, bright citrus and aromatic Thai flavours.

🥢 Tuna Tartare — fresh tuna with cucumber, shallot and ginger, finished with yuzu sesame ponzu.

🥢 Laab Wagyu Beef Tartare — Wagyu beef with fragrant herbs, toasted sticky rice and a kick of chilli.

Made to share and perfectly complemented by our summer cocktails. Fresh flavours, creative cocktails and the Rice vibe you love.
