Friday 2 October 1-2pm Free Friday Wellness Presentation – Kat May “Touching Base with Kat: The Emotion Code“

First developed by Dr Bradley Nelson in the early 1990’s, The Emotion Code is a non-invasive, gentle and effective method of releasing trapped emotions (aka ‘emotional baggage’) from the energy body.

Emotions can become trapped due to overwhelm or trauma often resulting in negative effects on our feelings, behaviour and physical health.

Muscle Testing is used to connect to the subconscious mind to locate, decode and release each trapped emotion in turn. The goal is to remove any hidden imbalances or influences that may be negatively affecting us or preventing us from living our best lives.
