Proof & Stock Coffee We’re a small family run cafe and roastery based from a converted garage in the heart of suburban New Plymouth

We run our little operation from two converted garages. One houses the production, roasting & distribution - the other is our cafe where we sell fresh coffees, takeaway beans, small eats & retail.

We’ll be running a new format this time around, giving people a better chance to take home Pauly’s custom board, along with a limited edition OOTR002 tee.

Proceeds going towards the Taranaki Scholastics 2027 campaign.

Get to know Sydnie, our Store Manager at our flagship location on Cutfield Road.

If you’ve spent any time there, you’ll know the smile and good energy she brings. Sydnie also keeps the whole operation running smooth - juggling wholesale, online, in-store, merch, tunes, and making sure the vibe of the shed stays warm and welcoming. She’s a true gem!
