Meet the Quails Nest Team!
Over the next few weeks we will introduce you to a few of the friendly faces behind the scenes.
Alizah-HEAD CHEF (Left side) 👩🍳
Shift fuel: Mainly an energy drink, with a caramel latte top-up when required ⚡️☕️
Sweet tooth: Total Scorpio with a serious weakness for cheesecake 🍰 — preferably a generous slice!
Superpower: Quicksilver ⚡️ — lightning-fast with her work, especially when the kitchen is in full swing!
Time here: 5+ years and counting — keeping the kitchen moving, the plates flying, and everyone fed!
Playlist: Taylor Swift 🎶 — you can usually hear her belting out the lyrics somewhere in the kitchen… whether the rest of us asked for the concert or not! 😂

Shift fuel: Iced Americano with cream — because keeping the floor running smoothly requires caffeine, commitment, and questionable amounts of both. ☕️
Sweet tooth: A true Virgo with absolutely no self-control when it comes to the ever-changing dessert menu. If there’s anything sweet involved… consider it devoured. 🍰
Superpower: Half cheetah, half octopus. 🐆🐙 Fast enough to handle whatever comes flying through the door and with enough arms to somehow be everywhere at once — on the floor, behind the bar, helping the team, checking on guests.
Time here: 5+ years and counting. Long enough to know the team, the regulars, the menu, the madness and loving it. 😉
