Meet our El Camino Burger!

Our Burger Nelson entry this year is a tribute to a small New Mexican diner where our story began. A NZ beef smash patty on a toasted brioche bun, smothered in fire-roasted NM-green chile enchilada sauce, molten cheese, and an egg cooked your way, finished with crispy red chile chorizo crumbles.🌶️🌶️🌶️

Running now until 12 July. Every burger you try around Nelson gets your passport stamped; six stamps puts you in the draw for an all-expenses-paid trip to Wellington.

Farewell (for now) to the Taproom! ✨
Today marks my last shift as Duty Manager at Eddyline. It’s been an incredible two year journey from the very beginning — thank you to everyone who made it so special! To all the wonderful regulars I’ve had the pleasure of sharing stories with, I can’t thank you enough. I’m sorry I didn’t get to say a proper goodbye to each of you. But this isn’t goodbye! I’m staying on the Eddyline adventure, moving into a new and exciting role right in Wellington. An official announcement is coming very soon… so watch this space! 🌮🍺

Do you love craft b**r, tacos, and great company? We’re a small-scale taproom + taqueria looking for someone friendly, organised, and who can lead our bar and team.

What you’ll be doing:

Arrive ~11am, leave ~9pm; we're open Wed–Sat (4 days on, 3 days off).

Lead our team (two taco-chefs and a food & drink runner).

High level of guest interaction; recommending b**rs, chatting food, creating a feel-good vibe.

Order-at-bar service model + table runner model; you’ll keep service flowing smoothly.

You’ll know & appreciate craft b**r (we’ll teach the finer points) and enjoy New Mexican-style cuisine (or be keen to dive in).

What we’re looking for:

Someone who thrives in a small, energetic venue.

Comfortable behind the bar, chatting with guests, and supervising service.

A positive leader with good coordination & communication skills.

Passion for great b**r and flavourful food—bonus if you’ve worked in a similar setting.

A current LCQ and Duty Managers Certificate
