🫶🏼 CLOSED LABOUR DAY 🫶🏼

Labour Day plot twist… we’re not labouring 😂

Catch will be closed tomorrow while Mum, sis and I take a much needed day to recharge the batteries 🫶🏼

It’s been a massive few months and, in the interests of not having our own engine lights come on, we’re prioritising a proper reset, some rest and probably a coffee we don’t have to make ourselves ☕ 😉 and Mum probs a w**e 😉

Thanks for understanding and supporting us while we do the sensible thing for once 😂

Our crew will be back on Tuesday at 0700 ready to help you with your cuppa fix and daily banter ☕️😊

🫶🏼 MUMS CREATIONS 🫶🏼

Mum is baking up a storm this is her 3rd batch fresh out this morning… they are SO good! ♥️

Filled each day with whatever takes her fancy 😉 today it’s with egg, bacon, baby spinach, tomato and cheese in a thin pastry case

And yes if you are looking them and wonder what to ask for we literally call them Mum’s Creations 😂

How good is this Long Weekend weather! 😊🍻

Music is up … Sun is hitting our garden deck and I’m thinking I may have to hop on the other side of the bar so I can enjoy a cold one myself very soon! 😉😊

☀️ Sunny arvo, new coffee cocktails… and we could use a few willing taste testers 😉🍸

We’ve just added these beauties to the board and now the crew needs a little practice making them…

So if you’re out and about, come grab a sunny seat, order one of the new coffee cocktails and help us with some taste testing 😉

Espresso Martini? Irish Mudslide? Spark ’n’ Stormy? 🤔🍹

Pick one, settle in, and let us know which one deserves a permanent spot on the board…

And don’t worry if you can’t drink coffee after 2 .. we can make them with decaf! 😉

🫶🏼💕 A little Sunday night thank you 💕🫶🏼

To everyone who popped in, stayed for a drink, grabbed a coffee, brought a friend, shared a post or simply told someone we’re here… thank you 🫶🏼

We’re finding our feet with these longer afternoons and evenings, and every bit of support means more than you probably realise… it’s been a rough year on many levels but we approach each day with a gratitude mindset 🙏🏻

Working yesterday arvo truly filled my heart…The hugs, kind words and seeing people come back in, relax with a drink and friends, and watch the sun go down meant so much 🙏🏻😊

If you’ve enjoyed a Catch arvo or Sunset lately, please help us spread the word - we would really appreciate it 💕

Tell your mates. Tag your people. Share us around.

We still hear, “We didn’t even know you were here!” far too often, so we’re trying to be a little more visible to help more people discover our wee happy place ✨😊

Coffee to cocktails, good tunes, the garden deck and nowhere you need to rush off to.

See you next week 🥂☕️😊

💕🥂 THE OLDER SISTER FACE 🥂💕

That moment a few months back when sis & I took a rare scenic route back to our shift via a pub we hadn’t been to before for some lunch and she put a cheeky couple of Proseccos in front of us…

Responsible big sis me was like stop it .. Mum
Is waiting for us to start so she can finish & go home … 😉😂

Clever us came up with a plan that may or may not have involved another Prosecco and the first shift we ever missed in 5 years 🫣😂

Love our sister adventures… the stories we could tell.. but won’t 😉😂😂😂

😉💕

🎶🍹. SAT ARVOS AT CATCH 🍹🎶

The garden deck is calling, our playlist is getting built, and Happy Hour is on from 3 to 5pm 😊

Now we need your help with the sounds to help hit the spot 🎶

Are we adding my country, Helz’s RnB, our shared old-school faves… or something completely different? 🤔😊

Drop us a song below and we’ll add a few to Saturdays @ Catch. ✨

Coffee, a cheeky cold one, sunshine & good tunes.

That’ll do nicely 😉🥂

☕️🍹 31 Beach Rd, Tahuna - Open tonight till Sunset

Grey skies, good excuse ☁️

We’re here coffee to cocktails till 7pm 🍸☕
Pop in for an arvo drink, a bite, or a cold Royal Jamaican Ginger B**r and pretend the sun got the memo…. 😉

🫶🏼🍔 THIS ONE MEANS BUSINESS! 🍔🫶🏼

Our Catch burger stacked with beef, cheese, onion rings, fresh greens, tomato and burger sauce, with fries on the side…

And if you’re feeling extra hungry, add an egg and bacon like this customer did 😉

Come hungry… Leave happy 😊🫶🏼

☕️🫶🏼 COFFEE TO COCKTAILS ☕️🫶🏼

We’re easing into our longer Spring evenings at Catch…

Today we’re here until 5pm, but next Saturday? We’re staying open late ✨

And we’ve been playing with an idea…

Coffee cocktails. Because apparently choosing between coffee and cocktails was an unnecessary problem 😉😂 and we can even do decaf for those of you who can’t sleep if you drink coffee after lunch (I’m not one of them 😉)

Affogato Martini anyone? 👀

Question: if we put a little Coffee to Cocktails menu together, what would you want on it?
Espresso Martini? Affogato Martini? Something creamy? Something dangerously dessert-like?

Drop your vote below 👇

Consider this your little hint of what’s coming at Catch 22 this summer… 😉🫶🏼

Forever plotting and dreaming,
Ales & Helz 💕😉
