The Beached Whale is a casual seaside restaurant and bar located in Kaiteriteri. On the doorstep of the Abel Tasman National Park we are only 20 minutes from Motueka and 45 minutes from sunny Nelson. We are open 7 nights a week from 27th December (closed Christmas Day and Boxing Day), until the end of the summer season (except New Year’s Day). During the winter season we open on reduced days. The Beached Whale caters to everyone! We have a fantastic selection of local b**r and w**e, wood fired pizzas, takeaways and full a la carte and bar menu. The bar has SKY TV, a pool table, fireplace and live music on request. For reservations please call 03 527 8114

We have onsite accommodation available at Kaiteriteri Beach Lodge. The lodge has a selection of twin, double and family rooms with ensuite bathrooms available all year round. Book online www.kaiterilodge.co.nz

⚡️FOH - BAR MANAGER POSITION
⚡️COOK / CHEF

FOH: We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to come join our team at the Beached Whale bar & Restaurant!
This is a full time position with hours starting from 25-30 hours per week in Winter to 40+ hours in Summer!🌞
A person with previous hospitality experience and duty managers cert is preferred but not required as full training for the role will be given + no split shifts!

COOK/CHEF: This is a fantastic opportunity for an inexperienced person to join our team and learn and be taught by a team of 3 fully qualified chefs, the person we are looking for will have full training in our low season so that they are ready and capable for our high season, 30 hours per week in winter / 40+ hours in summer
