THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE!!!! We were hit with major staff sickness tonight and staffed with our newest staff, like first day starters, I'm so proud of them they smashed it. Sorry we haven't had Raw Fish this week. I will only make it with Snapper and we haven't been able to source fresh snapper due to the weather. Fingers crossed we will have some 2moro. Keep warm out there!
