Three years later, this place has become so much more than a café.

When we started The Local Café, it was an adventure — exciting, terrifying, and deeply rewarding all at once. What began as a dream soon became a place filled with laughter, long hours, community faces, and the kind of chaos that somehow always ends in smiles.
We’ve met so many incredible people along the way — customers who’ve become friends, and team members who’ve become family. That’s what makes all of this worth it. It’s the people.

Now, we’re looking for new faces to join our kitchen family — chefs, cooks, bakers, or anyone who loves good food and working with good people.

To be successful in this role, you will need to:

* Be available to work weekends
* Be able to start as early as 7:00am
* Have a good understanding of spoken English
* Bring a positive attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced team environment

Experience as a barista is preferred, but a great work ethic and eagerness to learn will go a long way.
