Paolo's annual pilgrimage for the long lunch at Vivace in Auckland ... It always brings him enormous joy to be with Mandy and Gene and the Vivace crew.

We cannot say thank you enough to these amazing chefs who heard our plea for help with our long lunch prep. Becs Huddleston ex head chef Vivace back in 2015, Robin Scaria from both Ragu & Vivace around 2011, Croydon Cole from so many years ago at La Zeppa - maybe 2005? Chef Paolo, Anoop Singh Bajwa our head chef & a lovely ring in from The Lodge Bar, Daniele Finele. So very grateful ❤️

We don't usually do chicken when we cater a private dinner... But, tonight, stuffed with chilli and fennel seeds and baked to juicy tenderness wrapped in pancetta, then served with greens galore, it was perfect.
