Job Description:
Presents menus, drinks lists and wine lists to patrons. Receives orders and presents them to kitchen staff.
Collects prepared food orders from the kitchen and serve them to the appropriate customers.
Receives table bookings and makes reservations.
Ensures meals are up to standard and manage all customer complaints.
Clears tables of crockery, cutlery and soiled linen. Assists with cleaning of the restaurant and kitchen assist with stocktaking and contribute to the Health & Safety System by reporting any hazards, incidents or accidents.
Any other task the employer might reasonably request.
