39 taps of illustrious craft beers, cider and wine will have you growing a beard before you reach for your second paddle. Ever changing, The Rising Tide beer selection is reflective of the experimental industry we work in and with the help of our knowledgeable staff you’ll be able to find the perfect drop. The Mount Brewing Co Brewery is The Rising Tide’s close neighbour, so you’ll be able to see

the brewers at work, and better understand why the beer you’re drinking tastes so damn good! Johney’s Dumpling House are operating out of our custom built street food zone where you’ll be able to enjoy his Chinese soul food cooked with steam, a perfect match with beer! Not only that, but there’s also a tailored menu that will have you at the door waiting for opening time. Our Sunday sessions will become legendary for all the right reasons! The perfect spot for a family lunch or early dinner with plenty of activities for the kids and music that’ll have you on your feet.

The humble Cucumber Salad, the perfect side to a spread of dumplings. Crunchy cucumber, pickled onions and vegetable sprouts, dressed in a sesame-hoisin vinaigrette and served with chilli crunch. Fresh, tangy and absolutely delicious.
