Birthday surprise cake for a very stylish lady, ordered by her equally stylish friend 🤎

All details are edible, with layers of red velvet inside. And I have to give credit to designer patterns because aligning those prints is definitely not the easiest job 😅
What I heard afterwards is that the Birthday Queen loved it so much, she took it all the way back to Auckland and didn’t even cut it here 🤎🙂

A cityscape cake that travelled all the way to Auckland with us to celebrate my birthday 🤍

The girls couldn’t agree on one flavour, so we had two 😄

Decorations are edible and everything is completely gluten free.

3 chocolates for the bottom tier, and vanilla & blueberry with white chocolate ganache for the top.

The actual Sky Tower in the background added just a little extra charm to the whole moment ✨
