There are milestones… and then there’s Lorraine Garland doing her 10,000th pint of Guinness at Mount Mellick. 🇮🇪🍺

Lorraine has been part of the heart and soul of the Mellick for years — enjoying the craic, looking after our locals, keeping us all in line and, apparently, drinking enough Guinness along the way (20yrs) to float a small Irish village.

To have Guinness NZ recognise Lorraine and officially welcome her into the very very exclusive 10,000 Club is something pretty bloody special, and we couldn’t be prouder.

Lorraine, from all of us at Mount Mellick — thank you for every visit, every laugh, every team member you’ve looked after and every other life you’ve touched. People like you are what make a great Irish pub more than just four walls and a bar.
