Sabal is back on the market. 🌿

Three years ago I opened the doors hoping people would come, and love it, and keep coming back. You did. More than I ever expected. Thank you to every single one of you who has walked through that door, ordered a bowl, brought a friend, come back again and again. It’s been the honour of my life to feed you. 🧡

Some of you will remember I listed this last year. I ended up staying on for one more summer - it turned out to be our best one yet, and exactly the right decision for me at the time. But my journey with Sabal feels complete now, and with some family things on the horizon that need my time and attention, it’s time for the next person to take the reins.

If you’ve ever dreamed of owning your own spot in the Mount - fully operational, licensed, gluten-free, 3 years of loving hands and loyal customers behind it - this could be it.
