As the temperature drops, the days get shorter and the buzz of winter in Methven draws near, you start to crave a little warmth in your life. Your fire isn't quite roaring yet but the wool blankets are starting to make their way out of summer storage.

This cocktail is an ode to the first signs of winter, it's cosy and lightly spiced, there is a touch of winter in there. The perfect drink to lead you into the colder months!
