Oops! Our Mori Sushi sign was accidentally damaged by a white truck parked next to us, and the driver drove off without realising what had happened. A bit of bad luck for us! ๐Ÿ˜…

With todayโ€™s windy and unpleasant weather, weโ€™re incredibly thankful to this amazing team who came to help within 2 hours. The sign was wobbling, so we had to take it down for safety.

Christmas is just around the corner ๐ŸŽ„ and a brand new sign is on the way! Weโ€™re not sure exactly when it will arrive yet, but please stay tuned โ€” we canโ€™t wait to show you!

I noticed that the salmon I have today looked much lighter than usual.
Out of curiosity, I asked ChatGPTโ€”and it turns out this is potentially to be the "White King Salmon"!
Itโ€™s a rare genetic variation that only appears in a small number of King salmon.

I also tasted it myself, and the flavor is just the sameโ€”rich, clean, and with absolutely no fishy smell.

A lovely little lady who requested a sushi-making lesson a long time ago finally had her class โ€” and she amazed me! ๐Ÿ’ซ

At just 10 years old, it was her very first time making sushi, yet she worked with such skill and care. Her tiny fingers were so nimble, spreading the rice quickly, neatly, and perfectly flat on the seaweed sheet. ๐Ÿฃโœจ

Well done, Rose! ๐ŸŒน You made beautiful sushi and an unforgettable memory. ๐Ÿ’•
