With todayโ€™s windy and unpleasant weather, weโ€™re incredibly thankful to this amazing team who came to help within 2 hours. The sign was wobbling, so we had to take it down for safety.

Christmas is just around the corner ๐ŸŽ„ and a brand new sign is on the way! Weโ€™re not sure exactly when it will arrive yet, but please stay tuned โ€” we canโ€™t wait to show you!

I noticed that the salmon I have today looked much lighter than usual.
Out of curiosity, I asked ChatGPTโ€”and it turns out this is potentially to be the "White King Salmon"!
Itโ€™s a rare genetic variation that only appears in a small number of King salmon.

I also tasted it myself, and the flavor is just the sameโ€”rich, clean, and with absolutely no fishy smell.
