It is genuinely hilarious hearing what people assume about our operation from the outside looking in.
People look at FAMLY and see a smooth, coordinated machine. The reality? It is a chaotic, high-pressure, family-run ecosystem, and s**t hits the fan on a daily basis.
The secret isn’t that things never go wrong. The secret is how we have learned to handle the chaos as a collective.
In this family, everyone plays their position. We pass the ball. We trust the system. And when we completely f*ck it up (which we absolutely do) we don’t turn on each other. We drop the ego, go back to the playbook, and get straight back into training.
We pride ourselves on executing whatever needs to be done, regardless of how messy it gets behind closed doors.
We share this because the comparison trap is a biological drain on your nervous system. When you look at someone else’s operation, you are only ever seeing their highlight reel. You are not seeing their daily fire-drills or their internal friction.
Stop doubting your own potential just because your process feels messy.
Listen closely: capability is almost never your actual problem. You have the raw skills. The gap between where you are right now and where you want to be is almost always just application and consistency.
Expect the chaos. Play your position. Keep scoring one point at a time if you have to. 🤍🌿
