Crescent Coffee NZ Crescent Coffee is your local coffee cart in the heart of the neighbourhood in Solway, Masterton. Zany Zeus, Parkvale, and Premier are just a few examples.

We use specialty coffee fresh from award winning Rocket Coffee Roasters in Hamilton. With a selection of tasty home baked treats, why not stop and try us out Where can you find us?

at the above locations unless we have an event or private function booked, in which case we will keep you posed on our page so keep an eye out for updates. There is much more to Crescent than consistently good coffee. For those wanting a different kinda fix, we have our delicious range of hand crafted smoothies. All a different colour, all a different flavour profile.

Developed, tried and tested by us, this one is a fan favourite.

Aurora.
A zesty blend of mango, banana, spinach, apple, feijoa and lime. Balanced with hydrating coconut water, it’s the perfect boost of nutrients to start your day, for a liquid lunch, or to help tackle the school pickup.

Open til 3pm Monday to Friday.

At Crescent we love coffee.

In selecting our bean supplier we sampled and drank A LOT of coffee from some of the best specialty roasters in Aotearoa. Needless to say, Rocket Coffee Roasters came up tops.

Rocket get their green beans from small, singlefarmer or farmer-owned cooperative lots in some of the world’s great growing regions and create a roast that is “sweet and clean and has some character“.

Owned and run by 2 best mates, Glen and Glen, they have been roasting some of NZ’s best coffee for over 30 years, winning various awards along the way - including the only NZ cafe to make the worlds top 100.

They say: “We’ve had people come from overseas and they’ve ended up in a back alley in Hamilton drinking our coffee. When we ask them how they found us, we’ll have people say things like, ‘I went to a roaster in Portland and asked for recommendations when visiting New Zealand and he gave me your name.’”

It’s no wonder we choose Rocket as our partner of choice. And we are the only place in Wairarapa you can grab a brew from Rocket. Why not come and try the Rocket difference yourself? The only other place you’ll find it down here is at New Chapter-The Coffee Brewers in Wellington city. You’ll find them directly opposite the train station on Bunny Street If you need your Rocket fix over the hill. Feel free to check out their friendly team and grab a brew and a feed to keep you going.
