Tripoli first opened In October 2010 and was the brainchild of Marlon Tortoza. The idea behind Tripoli was to come up with a quaint establishment with an affordable menu, friendly staff and simple fresh food. We focused on pizzas and pasta in the beginning with the addition of some other great mains for those that didn't have an inclination for italian cuisine. We also focused heavily and still do

to this day on a high level of service by being very efficient and friendly at same time. You will feel right at home with the feeling of a "younger sibling" doing all the running around for you with a big smile one his face. One can say that Tripoli has now grown up and has become more sophisticated and intimate. We are now ready to take the next step and bring on another challenge. The pizzas are still rolling and the mains are still rocking so come on down and give our burgers a try. TRIPOLI BISTRO, you will love it!!

At Tripoli Bistro, we pride ourselves on being one of Kuripuni Village’s preferred spots to drop in for a coffee, grab a meal, and enjoy the atmosphere.

We are looking for a Front of House Duty Manager to join our team.

The position will include nights and weekends, with great renumeration. We would prefer someone with experience and will support the right applicant to get their manager’s certificate if needed.
