We focus on Pinot Noirs and Chardonnays, still and sparkling, organic and on their way to being organic. The weathered and wild Cape Palliser (or Mātakitaki-a-Kupe). The southernmost point of the North Island, on the remote Wairarapa coast of New Zealand. Awards are always appreciated, but these ones feel particularly meaningful.

The Aotearoa New Zealand Organic Wine Awards recognise more than what's in the glass. They celebrate the care, patience and long-term commitment that organic winegrowing requires.

For us, these awards reflect years of work in the vineyard. Building healthier soils, encouraging biodiversity, and learning from each season.

Hua Nui and Om Santi are our two Single Vineyard wines, each telling the story of a place we know intimately. To see them both awarded Gold in the 2026 awards is incredibly rewarding for everyone involved, from the vineyard to the winery.

Organic farming is a journey rather than a destination, but moments like these remind us why we're on it.

The vines have gone quiet, their leaves fallen and their energy drawn back into the roots. Before long, pruning will begin and another Palliser season will take shape.

In the winery, the wines of 2026 continue their slow journey, resting, evolving and revealing themselves.
