We focus on Pinot Noirs and Chardonnays, still and sparkling, organic and on their way to being organic. The weathered and wild Cape Palliser (or Mātakitaki-a-Kupe). The southernmost point of the North Island, on the remote Wairarapa coast of New Zealand. It’s where the Ruamahanga River, the life source of our vineyard land meets the sea, and from where our weather patterns unfurl. From Kupe to Cook, Palliser Bay has long been revered by explorers and pioneers in seeking out a new world. Our name reflects the bold courage and pioneering spirit of those explorers; the connection between people, and the land, river and sea of our Martinborough home; and the wild weather that challenges us to craft wines and experiences of exceptional quality.

Some evenings stay with you long after the last note fades.

The Palliser Symphonic Feast 'The Art of Evolution' is nearly upon us. On 10 October, we'll gather in our barrel hall for a celebration of w**e, food, music and connection.

We love seeing where our w**es find a home, and spotting Palliser Sauvignon Blanc on the menu at Ralph's Bar at the Ralph Lauren flagship store in Milan was a special moment.

There are some natural parallels between our brands: a respect for heritage, an appreciation for timeless style, an unwavering commitment to quality, and a belief that true craftsmanship never goes out of fashion.

Meaning "Little Loved One", Amare'tjie (pronounced ama-ray-kee)is a sweet fortified Jerepigo dessert w**e, crafted from Martinborough Chardonnay and inspired by traditions that stretch from Portugal to South Africa.

Luscious notes of lychee, mango and honey combine with a warming spirit finish, creating a decadent w**e made for lingering moments and memorable tables.
