Escape to the heart of the village for an unforgettable night of gastronomy. We are thrilled to announce an exclusive 5-course collaboration between Union Square Bistro & Bar and Martinborough’s own Dr Beak Gin.
Head Chef Ali has meticulously curated a seasonal, 5-course menu showcasing the absolute best of Wairarapa produce. Each exquisite dish will be expertly paired with a distinct, small-batch gin from the award-winning Dr Beak Gin.
