Leaving New Zealand wasn’t an easy decision, but it was one made with a full heart and a big dream. NZ will always be home—it’s where I lived a majority of my life, it’s where Mayo’s Cakes was born, where I found my confidence, and where so many of you supported me from the very beginning. Every order, every message, every word of encouragement meant more to me than I can ever express.
Now I’m starting a new chapter here in Melbourne, Australia, taking a leap of faith and continuing to grow Mayo’s Cakes with the same love, passion, and care that you all believed in back home. I carry your support with me into this next journey, and I’m endlessly grateful for the trust you placed in me and my work.
To my customers, friends, and supporters in New Zealand: thank you for being part of my story. This isn’t goodbye—it’s simply the next step. I’ll always be proud of where I started, and I’ll always be thankful for you. I will miss all you beautiful people I met along the way. Once again THANK YOU!😭😭
