Hey team,

First of all, we want to sincerely apologize for the silence and for putting things on hold without explaining what’s been happening. Life just carried on and we never got around to posting sorry.

Recently A close mate of ours Cheyne has been diagnosed with Motor neurone disease and it’s been an incredibly tough time for him and his young family, especially as they’ve just welcomed a newborn into their lives. Seeing him a few weeks ago made us realize how much he’s going through, and we knew we had to do something.

A group of us have decided to organize a fundraiser to support him and his family. The funds raised will go toward giving him and his partner the wedding they deserve, and we’re beyond excited to have Westie Lee from The Rock officiating it!

We have limited numbers as usual and pick up will be between 10am - 5pm ONLY from Takanini!

We’ve got whole briskets, pork butts and full racks of ribs that will all come with slaw and our home made BBQ SAUCE!

Sorry team for the lack of updates weve been catching up and sorting out a lot of things !

To start things of thanks for all the inquiries with catering , we are pretty booked up for the rest of the year but we could possibly squeeze in Pickups for drop offs for your end of year just flick us a message.

No pop up this weekend as we have a couple of caters back to back sorry !

Christmas orders for whole cuts will be live tomorrow , numbers will be limited so make sure to keep an eye out for it !! We will be providing whole cuts buns slaw bbq etc everything to make your xmas lunch or dinner easier !

Thanks to everyone that got a Philly yesterday, but before the purists get in my dms, I'll be honest this was actually not your traditional Philly Cheesesteak , I wanted to make a traditional Philly but wanted to incorporate smoke to all this but ended up with pretty much Pulled beef 🤣🤣

Ended up working really well and everyone loved it so its staying on the menu as Wagyu Beef Cheese Rolls I will add more cheese and possibly bbq sauce but its staying on the menu its crusty its cheesy and its different! 🤘🤘

That said we still want to do the traditional Philly Cheesteaks and we will roll another tester this weekend including the Wagyu Beef Cheese Rolls , Keep a look out on our website going live on Wednesday !!
