Ruth's Cooking Classes www.ruthscookingclasses.co.nz for Inspirational Cooking Classes We run cooking classes in small groups (maximum 8 per class). Why not try something new?

The format is demonstration with some hands on. At the end of the class you get to taste the food, and take home the recipies plus the chef's top tips. Classes are only $49 per two hour class. Book for one class or several; come on your own or with a group of friends. Ruth is passionate about her cooking and will inspire you too with her friendly straight forward style.

Worcestershire sauce, the popular English sauce, is made from dissolved anchovies. The anchovies are soaked in vinegar until they have completely melted. The sauce contains the bones and all.

I was lucky enough to have a trip to Melbourne last week specifically to attend some of the Food and Wine Festival events. Melbourne is heaven if you're a 'foodie' like me! This is me second visit to this beautiful city, first time for the festival, and I had a ball.
