We’ve been playing with the opening hours for a few weeks now and have settled on this. It’s been awesome to be here for our earlier coffee drinkers and breakfast eaters.

Hey whanau. After fighting a lung disease for the past 6 years, one of my beautiful sisters has passed away. It’s all good…no more pain now.

So we will be closed tomorrow for her funeral.

We’ll be back on Sunday though to celebrate Fathers Day with our local Dads. It’s absolutely what she would have wanted!

Morena e te whanau. Just a quick note to advise that we will be closing at 1.00pm today. The power company will be turning off our electricity then to do some work on our switchboard. We’ll be back again in the morning.

Hey whanau. We've had a great time with Quinton at the cafe but his artwork takes priority and he is off. Great to see a local business thriving huh.

So we're on the hunt for a new Front of House person. There are 2 shifts available each week (Saturday and Sunday 8.30am - 1.30pm) with room to grow if you want it.

If you're keen to learn Barista skills we can teach you how to make a great coffee. BUT you must have our customers front of mind in all that you do...we can't teach you that! So, if this sounds like you and you don't mind mucking in to all parts of the business give us a yell. We'd love to chat.
