Introducing... "Sweet Pickle O'Swine"

Our entry into this years Great New Zealand Toastie Takeover competition 2026. With McClure's, The Great NZ Toastie Takeover and Cook & Nelson I Nick & Becs

12 hour slow cooked tender and juicy pork butts, layered with burnt apple, House made McClures sweet and spicy pickle jam, wholegrain mustard butter and of course our signature three cheeses of melty yumminess. Toasted to perfection on Southland made flourbro Réwena sourdough.

So come and try our entry, vote for us in the peoples choice award and become a toastie legend!

12 hour slow cooked pork, layered with burnt apple slices, Housemade McClures sweet and spicy pickle jam, mustard butter, dripping with our signature three cheeses and toasted to perfection on Rèwena Parāoa.
