Typically, I am not a fan of fruit cake, Chistmas cake or plum pudding ( unless there are loads of gold coins in it) ... BUT our Christmas cake is delicious! Dark, moist, full of fruit and almonds that have been soaking for months which gives it the boozy flavor (probably why I like it ) topped with buttercream icing! Avalilable now! www.eat.co.nz
