Didn't think the Crispy Pork Bites would be the one people started asking for by name in week one, but here we are — someone came in Thursday and just said "the pork thing" and we knew exactly what they meant. Yum Zaap's been quietly picking up its own crowd too, mostly the ones who want something with a bit more chilli in it.

One week in and honestly, we didn't expect the Iced Thai Tea to go this fast — we've been remaking it mid-afternoon more than once. Green Curry's turned into a lot of people's "just get the usual" order already too, which, fair enough. Haven't decided if that says more about the food or how quickly Wellington adopts a new spot, but we'll take it.

There are two kinds of people, and honestly, we've served both 😂 One orders our iced Thai tea, and it's gone before they've even left the counter — straw down, ice rattling, done in ten minutes flat. The other treats it like a Wellington all-day project, nursing the same cup from a 9am errand run right through to a 10pm wind-down, somehow still finding cream at the bottom.
