Big news from our kitchen!

Our owner, Joshua Ross, and Chef/Head Baker An Boscia have just returned from Auckland after cooking at New Zealand’s inaugural Michelin Awards.

They were invited by their good friend and former employer, Shaun Clouston (part owner of Logan Brown), to cook under the Logan Brown banner for the event.

A little backstory: Josh began his career at Logan Brown before becoming Head Chef of Bellamys by Logan Brown in the Beehive while launching Twenty Eight. Our Head Chef, Marcus Bird (not pictured), also came through Logan Brown, and An Boscia joined us after serving as Logan Brown’s most recent Head Chef too!

We’re incredibly proud to share that Logan Brown was awarded a Michelin star! Huge congratulations to the entire Logan Brown team, and especially to Josh, An and Shaun for their part in creating unforgettable canapés alongside the other outstanding restaurants involved.
