Some pizzas just work!

The pepperoni pizza is one of them! OK then so let’s see if this also works….we are testing out a new pizza…it’s a Mac ‘n Cheese pizza using Smokey Mac ‘n Cheese from Roa Smokey BBQ.

Initial testing with the staff gave us the thumbs up, so maybe next week we might try it with the more discerning general public hahaha

Tender low-and-slow smoked brisket stacked with melted cheese, crisp slaw, gherkins, smoky BBQ sauce, creamy aioli, and charred burnt mayonnaise, all served on a soft toasted brioche bun. A perfect balance of smoke, crunch, sweetness, and tangy BBQ goodness.

This will be on the menu starting tomorrow. And man it’s really good!

Chat GPT struggled to find anywhere but they ain’t up with the happenings in the grand ol’ metropolis of Levin hahaha
