Hope everyone is taking comfort that spring is almost here!

This weeks service times are:

Thursday: at the pink house (next to hunting and fishing Kerikeri) from 10:30 until sold out. The good folks at KORN LAB - Kettle Korn will be there with one of the best snacks in the business!

Friday: booked for a private catering

Saturday: at The Old Packhouse Kerikeri bbq ready at 9:00.

Sorry for the long absence, I’ve been leaning into the winter months and trying to rest up a bit!

This weeks service times you can catch me me at:

Friday: at The Old Packhouse Kerikeri from 4:30 until sold out! I’ll have all the things including brisket, loaded baked potatoes and fry bread, along with the usual options as well!

Saturday: at The Old Packhouse market bbq ready at 9:00!

Hope everyone is handling these winter blues! I’ve got 2 services this week and a different option available for each day!

On Friday I was lucky enough to get a A8/9 Wagyu brisket, so that will be offered in lieu of the regular Angus brisket.

On Saturday I’m planning on doing some lamb shoulders.

This weeks services are as follows:

Friday: at The Old Packhouse Kerikeri street food market from 4:30 until sold out (usually about 7:30). All your usual favourites on offer including loaded potatoes and the Wagyu brisket

Saturday: at The Old Packhouse Market, bbq ready at 9:00!

And I’m back after a week off! It always goes too fast but here we are!

This weeks service times:

Friday: at The Old Packhouse Kerikeri street food from 4:30-7:30 (or sold out).
I’ll have the usual meats as well as brisket for this week!

🌶️ After hearing from a few of you that you'd like a little more kick in our Beef Cheek Jalapeño Popper, we've made a change. 🌶️

From our latest batches, we've increased the jalapeños to give the pie a bit more of the heat it was named after, while keeping all that slow-cooked beef cheek goodness and creamy cheese. 🤤

This weeks hours are as follows:

Friday: at The Old Packhouse Kerikeri street food market from 4:30 7:30(or until sold out). I’ll have your usual favourites🙂

Saturday: at The Old Packhouse Market bbq ready 9:00. Unfortunately the brisket supply fell through but I’ll be bringing extra beef cheek instead. I’m also going to give baked potatoes another go (in limited numbers) at the market so grab one before they sell out!
