That’s all Folks! Today we said the final goodbye for Vern’s Place. We are sad to this part of the venture go but excited to see the new part continue to grow and flourish. If you haven’t all ready head over to Common Ground like our page and follow us for more adventures.
Thanks to everybody who has been such an amazing part of Vern’s. We wish the RSA all the very best.

We regret to inform you all that Vern’s Place is coming to an end. Our last day will be on the 5th of May. It has been such a pleasure to serve you all over the last few years. Common Ground will be continuing and growing stronger.

We would like to thank everybody for their on going support and we wish the RSA and Citizens Club all the very best for the future.

We have had lots of messages over the last few days in regards to level two restrictions. First of all we are still OPEN! Here’s what you need to know

* When you come into the club or Vern’s Place please sign in via the tracing app or the manual sign in sheet at the front door.

* Please sanitise your hands as you come in and after bathroom use.

*Please remain seated at your table. We will come to you - including bar staff.

*Stay home if you are unwell.

Vern’s Place is looking for a Kitchen hand/Cook, to join our team. We are a fast pace kitchen looking for somebody who has some previous experience working in hospitality. Being a team player and having initiative is a must. This is a part-time position and is mostly nights and weekends.
