Ani’s Catering is currently looking for casual Kitchen Hands & Kitchen Relievers to join our team in Kaitaia, as well as casual relievers in the East Coast area! 🤍
📍 KAITAIA – CASUAL KITCHEN HANDS & RELIEVERS
We’re currently looking for Kitchen Hands & Kitchen Relievers on a casual, as-needed basis, with the opportunity for the right person to grow into a part-time/fixed-term role as positions become available within our team.
📅 Monday–Friday | School terms only
⏰ Hours vary depending on the school and cover required, with all work taking place during school hours.
📍 EAST COAST – CASUAL RELIEVERS WANTED
We’re also looking for casual Kitchen Relievers in the East Coast area to join our relieving team and provide cover on an as-needed basis.
Who we’re looking for:
We’re looking for people who are reliable, hardworking and happy to get stuck in! You’ll need to be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, with a genuine passion for helping provide our tamariki with nourishing, quality kai. 🤍
Previous kitchen or food preparation experience is preferred — this could include commercial kitchens, catering, marae cooking or similar experience. However, we’re more than happy to train the right person who has a great attitude and willingness to learn.
✨ Holding a current Food Safety or Food Handling Certificate is a bonus, but not essential.
👮 All successful applicants will be Police Vetted as part of our recruitment process, as these roles are based within schools.
