Thoughtfully crafted dishes, best enjoyed with good company and a great drink!

Peppered Veal Cutlets -
Tender veal cutlets coated in a cheesy, peppered crumb and cooked until golden. Served with buttery duchess potatoes and seasonal vegetables for a classic, comforting finish.

Salmon and Shrimp Pie -
Locally farmed salmon and succulent shrimp folded through a rich mornay sauce, topped with crisp fried scallop potatoes. Served with a fresh summer green salad.

Chicken Cordon Bleu -
Golden crumbed chicken breast filled with smoked cheese and manuka smoked ham, finished with a delicate apricot sauce. Served with hot fries and a side of coleslaw.

Triple Pork Burger -
A hearty stack of pork belly, crispy bacon and pork schnitzel, topped with spiced apple cider sauce, slaw and smoked cheese. Served with a side of fries.

The team at The Foundry want to thank eveyone who came along to our Christmas buffets that we have had over the past two weeks🎁🎄

Without our new and returning guests these buffet nights wouldn’t be possible. So to all the families and workplaces that chose us for your special night out thank you!!

Basque cheesecake🤤

Our take on the famous San Sebastián cheesecake crustless, lightly “burnt” on top for a caramel flavour, super creamy in the middle and totally melt-in-your-mouth. Simple, rustic, and seriously delicious.

Thanks chef Ellie and Shane it sounds fabulous!!
