When i was young, i dreamt of working as a panda nanny, even just an exchange for board and lodging😅 Pandas are so adorbs and it’s my favourite animal. I was very fortunate to see it twice in Japan.

My niece Mikaela and I are brainstorming for mac flavours that would best suit and we came up with cookies and cream! Black and white. Very fitting!

I am enjoying all these free time. The creative juices are pouring!!

Throwback to the first ever cake i did in the Philippines back in August 2014.

Looking at that whole cashews, i can imagine how hard it is to chew chunks of cashew on a cake😅
I can’t remember if i used a regular benchtop oven toaster or a turbo broiler (no, owning an oven is not a norm in the Ph, well atleast not in my household)

I am a self-taught baker, driven by passion and love for surprises and fun. I used to bake only for my kids and hubby—-almost 4years with Sweet as, the rest is history.

I always wanted to make a cartoon cake. Today i had an extra 4in and decided to give it a go.

It needs more polishing and detailing,especially the black outline. Given the limited tools i have, i think it’s not too bad for a first try🙃

Anyone want a free 4in chocolate cake?
