Toasted Brioche, Ice Cream and Jam

Inspired by the classic Brioche con Gelato sandwiches of Sicily in Italy .. it’s the perfect sweet treat to cleanse the palate 😂

The Ice Cream will change from time to time as will the jam so ask the team what the flavour du jour is when you are next in for a feed..

Ps this week we are going classic vanilla and blackcurrant jam.. delicious 😋
