I’m dropping this a little early but the suns out and I’m struggling to hold back the British part of me that what’s to get outside while we can… anyway it’s Monday!!!

This week we are continuing our accidental series of regional American cheeseburgers with a trumped up take on a classic Green Chilli Cheeseburger! It’s out of this world!

Introducing “Space Farce”

Toasted Brioche, Double Beef, Chopped Hatch Green Chillies (courtesy of the team at Mexi-Foods NZ Ltd in Dunners) pale American cheese and a luminous alien ooze… extra napkins are available on request.

Ok I didn’t really want to post any AI stuff but… well it’s on theme ok..

Here’s your Sunday teaser for the week and it occurred to me that we’ve inadvertently had a bit of a run of regional American burgers .. quite the lucky accident.. any guesses as to which one we are going to be doing this week… well a version of anyway.
